Girl Gang Quilts - November 2018

Julie brought this adorable witch
doll that she made.
The picture just doesn't do it justice.
It is so cute!

This lovely quilt is Kerry's.  It is called Around the Corner a pattern by Wendy Williams.

This is the beautiful backing.

This is Kerry's latest creation called Nocturne.  It is so beautiful.  Every
inch has something incredible to look at.

The quilting was fabulous.

This cute little chick checkbook cover was made by Lorraine.

These sweet little blocks have been embroidered by Lorraine to be made into a quilt.

Lorraine's name for this pattern was chosen
by the pattern maker - Once Upon A Pedestal.

This beautiful needlepoint was made by Lorraine and is the top of
a shiny black box that she is sending to a friend.

Marilyn made this cheery quilt top from a Laura Heine pattern called Garden Party.

The Dress was made by Debra.  Such a darling Halloween quilt.

Debra's quilt backs are as fun as fronts!

Norma has started a new quilt and here is the beginning blocks.

Norma has been working on this pattern called Country Crossroads.  A beautiful quilt.

Norma has decorated her sewing basket with this cute penny pattern.

And this cute little banner quilt by Norma is the second
of seasonal banners.

Brittany's daughter Olive made this for the Reflections
contest at her school.  It has the name of her cousin in the middle who
was lost to cancer last summer.  Gold is the color for
childhood cancer awareness.

Brittany has just had her Zombie Girl quilt quilted and it is striking.

Ann is the knitting gal.  She is working on hats for her family.

This quilt is Diane's original design and is so great.

The backing on Diane's quilt.

Leslie has finished her 365 Star a Day quilt and it is magnificent.  Each tiny star is hand pieced.

Leslie has been working on this tree skirt for three years but she said
that she still puts it under the tree!

Liz just had her Twirl quilt quilted and is excited to get the binding on.

This is number two of this quilt for Liz.  She gave one to a friend and was planning to give this one to a
friend but......
Quilt group will be December 11 at 6:30 at Liz Cowan's, 4043 Splendor Way.  We will have supper and share our projects.  We will also be having a fat quarter gift exchange so please bring three fat quarters wrapped up.
