Girl Gang Quilts - January 2019

Happy New Year!  It was fun to get together and share and get excited about upcoming projects.
Brooke brought this darling herringbone quilt that she made with lots of bright colors and cute circle quilting.

Here is the back which is partially pieced, partially whole cloth.

Julie is working on this quilt called Golden Days by Jen Kingwell.  It is bright and fun.

Doesn't this quilt take you back to the Gentler Times days?  Julie made this quilt that was a Michelle Blackhurst pattern.

Diane made 11 of these darling bears for her grandchildren.  The fabric is from her husband's shirts.  So adorable.
She made this one to replace one that got chewed up by a dog.

Look at the cute little additions that Diane made.  So cute.

Leslie has made these Virginia Reel blocks for a table runner.  The pattern is Norma's.

Norma has been working on this darling pot holder quilt.  Each block is an individual block, quilted and bound.
She stitches them together as she goes.

More blocks waiting to be added.

Norma made this cute Valentine swag.

This was a cross stitch that was sent to Norma.  The stitches were very fine and it is so sweet.

Ann is almost finished with hats for her 17 grandchildren.  The pom poms really make them so special.

Brittany modeling one of her mom's hats.

Brittany has been collecting solids and is working on this dot quilt.

Liz is working on the blocks for Solstice Dream.  Kerry's beautiful pattern.

This is Liz's second quilt of this pattern: Bonnie Lass.

Liz and Jennifer got their Penny Path quilts back from the quilter and are excited to get them bound.

Girl Gang - May 2026

What fun to see new projects and what people have been working on. Leslie is as busy as ever.  She has made this Three Flags Log Cabin quilt...
