It was great to have a nice spring day to gather and share our projects.
I forgot to show this, but Jennifer made some adorable bunnies with her sister. She gave me one and I love it! It is a Tilda pattern and so cute.
Julie is at the end of her major project, Field of Flowers. She and her sister Linda and Kerry are all working on this amazing quilt. So Julie is taking a break and working on this wool project: Beware! It's Halloween! It is going to be so fun! The kit came from Midway Wool.

Debra shared some adorable bunny projects, just in time for Easter. This darling quilt is full of flowers, tulips and bunnies with a bright sun in the middle. Living in the Sunlight, a pattern by Norma.
Debra did some extra embellishing on this bunny pillow pattern by Norma called Taking Time to Smell the Flowers. It is so sweet.
Norma continues to create beautiful projects. If you haven't visited her website, it is worth looking at. Here is the link:
Timeless TraditionsNorma is working on this "create as you go" quilt that is looking wonderful already. She likes the creative process and said, "It's a joy to cut through fabric!"
It was interesting to see the old quilts that Laraine brought with her. She remembers them from when she was young. It was fun to see them. Oh, how we love the old quilts.
Laraine remembers this quilt before it was sewn into a case to hold quilts.
Laraine brought this fabulous book of quilt patterns and ideas. We all loved it! (You can find it on Amazon for less than $20)
Lorraine, you know there are two, right? Anyway, Lorraine brought this gorgeous needlepoint rabbit pillow with silk ribbons. We all loved the bunny and his wooly fur. It is exquisite.
We were happy to see Diane back after her hip replacement. She brought a Santa cross stitch that she is working on and determined to finish soon. It makes you happy just to look at it.
Leslie has finished hand quilting her Blue and Gray quilt. Leslie puts on the binding before quilting and when the quilting is done, the quilt is finished. It is such a cozy quilt!
Leslie has been making this baby quilt and knitting booties for a lucky baby. Look at how beautiful it looks where she has been hand quilting.
Leslie has finished the tiny stitches on this pattern from Blackbird Designs: Birds of a Feather. She is excited to get it framed.
She also finished this Hope sampler.
Liz and Jennifer have finished putting together this star quilt. We have had the kit for more than ten years but we got it finished! Looking forward to taking it to the quilter.
We also finished our Folk Flower quilt and love this quilt. It is an Anna Maria Horner pattern made with Tilda fabrics from the Bloomsville line.
Liz has a grandbaby coming the end of May and made this Fresh As a Daisy quilt in case it's a girl and will make a penguin. This baby is a surprise!
Looking forward to being together May 14th!
