Wishing you a Merry Christmas! It was so nice to be together for lunch this holiday season. Plenty of visiting and stories and sharing.
Julie is working away on her Field of Flowers quilt. She has the center finished and this is the top border of birds. What an amazing project.
Trudy shared this Primitive Gatherings quilt called Old St. Nick Quilt. It reminds her of Gaylyn and we all missed Gaylyn so much. This is a dear quilt for the holidays.
Jennifer brought this table quilt that has been in progress for a while. She decided to finish it and we applaud that!
Little quilts that she calls Inchies that are tiny quilts with embellishing stitches.
And a notebook cover with embellishing stitches. Beautiful Lorraine.
Valerie also brought a lot of sweet little projects. Don't let the size fool you. They are darling and a lot of work. She loves ABC cross stitch patterns.
This Christmas cross stitch Christmas Fruit Bowl from Primitive Threads will be made into a pillow.
Valerie's adorable cross stitch for Christmas.
Valerie has made these darling little stockings and Santa mat with reindeer. So cute!
Valerie is making the cutest little sleds with paper cross stitch patterns on them to give to her family. What a darling gift! These are from 123 Stitch.
Norma is using up fabric scraps to make small Christmas quilts, hand quilting them and tucking them away for the Holiday Quilt Auction in two years. They are so darling!
Norma has also been working on some great cross stitch pieces: a snowman pillow, JOY pillow and I Will Honor Christmas piece. They are all beautiful!
Pennies for Christmas is a Norma original quilt. We all love it!
Remember when Norma was working on this pot holder quilt? She would make one little 5.5 inch block, bind it and then when she had them all ready, she stitched them all together. It is beautiful front and back and was a fun project to work on. Such a darling pattern. (No, there is not a kit for this!) You can find the pattern on her Timeless Traditions website.
See you all in January!
